Customer-arranged Delivery Information
1. Do you offer deliveries?
No, we do not provide delivery services. All deliveries are customer-arranged only (e.g. GrabExpress, Lalamove) or by self-pickup.

2. What are your pickup hours?
- Weekdays: 11:00 AM-6:00 PM (closed 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch)
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
⚠Please book Grab/LaLaMove driver at least 1 hour earlier. Late booking result in no driver, late arrival, or cancellation. We're not liable for any late pickup. Our shop closes strictly at the stated hour, no exceptions.
3. Can I arrange my own delivery?
Yes! Customers may book delivery through services such as GrabExpress or Lalamove Priority.
⚠Important: Only car delivery is allowed — motorcycles are strictly not accepted as cakes are fragile.
4. Which GrabExpress or Lalamove option should I choose?
- Grab: Select GrabExpress Instant / Immediate (Car) only.
- Lalamove: Select Priority Delivery (Car) only.
⚠ Do not choose standard or pooled delivery options — they will take more than 2 hours and risk damaging the cake.
5. What are the pickup hours for drivers?
Same as our standard pickup hours:
- Weekdays: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (not available 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
6. How will the driver collect the cake?
Once you have booked, please send us the Grab/Lalamove tracking link.
Our team will pack the cake into a cooler bag (allow ~10 minutes) and bring it directly down to the driver.
7. Where should the driver go for pickup?
Pickup location:
SqWhere Residence, Jalan Sungai Buloh, Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, 40160 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Drivers should wait at the designated pickup area.
8. What information should I give the driver?
Please provide the driver with:
- The full name of the customer who placed the order
- The contact number of the customer
This helps us verify and hand over the correct cake.
9. What if I am late for pickup?
Late or early pickups without prior agreement will not be entertained.
Your cake will only be released during the next available pickup session.
10. What if I need to change the delivery date or time?
Changes are only possible with at least 1 day’s notice.

11. How should the cake be handled during delivery?
Fresh cream cakes are delicate — please follow these tips:
- Keep the cake upright at all times
- Place it on the floor of the car, not on seats
- Use a cooler bag
