Made with premium Japanese black sesame in a generous 1:1 ratio to flour, these cookies are deeply nutty, lightly roasted, and irresistibly crumbly. Rich in aroma and flavour, it’s a timeless favourite that never goes missing from Chinese New Year celebrations.
