Ingredients

Molasses rum & raisin pound cake: egg, cake flour, pure butter, rum infused raisin, molasses sugar, icing sugar, baking powder, salt. 

Bergamot black tea & orange peels pound cake: egg, cake flour, pure butter, black tea, icing sugar, baking powder, salt.

Raspberry jam: Raspberry, sugar, lemon juice


Allergens and Diet Restrictions:

Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Nuts, Milk, 

Servings and Storage:

  • Best enjoyed chilled, accompanied by raspberry jam and a scoop of yoghurt or fresh cream. 
  • Warm option: Heat 20 - 30 sec on low medium microwave oven.
  • Pound cake has rested for two days for peak flavor. For a deeper, more rounded profile, enjoy again on Day 3 - 4
  • Refrigerate both cake and raspberry jam in chiller. 
  • Keep pound cake sealed in an airtight container.
  • Best consumed within 7 days.

Slicing Tips:

Use a stainless steel knife, slice downwards gently and remove the knife from the bottom of cake. Clean the knife after each slice.
